Also known as the “Switzerland of Morocco”. Known for its charming European-style architecture. The picturesque city attracts tourists all year round. Especially when the snowy season begins, turning into a winter wonderland.


Cedar forest

Continue to the cedar forest, home to the endangered Barbary macaques. Enjoy the quiet city amidst ancient trees. Feeding the monkeys is allowed here, but it is important to be cautious to ensure their safety.


Midelt

Next, we head to Midelt a charming city in the Middle Atlas Mountains. It is famous for its apple orchards. The apple grown here is exported all over the world. Contributing to the economy of the region.


Ziz Valley

As the journey progresses we see the beautiful view of the Ziz Valley, famous for its lush palm trees and winding river. Date palms are cultivated here, which gives a fascinating glimpse of traditional Moroccan life.

After this we move towards the Meffis Mountains which was once a French colonized area and was famous for extracting precious metals, kajal and other valuable resources. Experience their simple lifestyle in traditional handmade tents made of camel skin and learn about their culture while enjoying a glass of tea with them.
