On This 1 Day Trip from Marrakech to Ait Haddou Kasbah. You will dive into the magnificent landscapes that lie along the way. Well will be passing through the spectacular Atlas Mountains and stopping in an overlooking panorama of Tizi N’tichka an elevation of 2260 Meters above sea level. Our journey doesn’t stop here we continue the adventurous by driving on one of the most dangerous curves in Morocco named Tichka. Later to Ait ben Haddou Kasbah, where you will have enough time to dive into the Kasbah’s History and the secret behind this amazing landmark. 

We’ll meet at 9 in the morning at your Riad in Marrakech or Jamaa el Fna square. And start our 1 Day Trip from Marrakech to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. Along the way spectacular views lie and stops are made from time to time. The journey takes us first to the magnificent Pass of Tizi N’tichka it’s located in the high Atlas Mountains with an elevation of 2260 Meters above sea level.

Next after having a quick rest and taking some memorable photos, we keep driving to Ait ben Haddou a Fortified landmark Kasbah which was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1987. The Kabha Has experienced a good tourism prosperity and growth. Thanks to the films that were filmed here such as Gladiator, the Mummy, Game of Thrones and many other movies and series.

You have enough time to stroll around the kasbah which dates back to the 11th century and dive into it’s hidden history. And make sure to Take a deep breath to climb the stairs to reach the top of the Kasbah in order to get a Marvelous View beside the small room that was an ancient watchtower.

Free time for lunch at one of the Restaurants in the area then we make a small visit to Ouarzazate the city of Movies and series. The city is known for the many Kasbahs that were built here some are recovered by the residents and some still under the government control. In the afternoon we drive back to Marrakech where our 1 Day Trip ends.
